Early detection made easy — referral-free, self-pay breast ultrasound screenings
“Holistic. Preventive. Accessible”
At RadiantView™ Wellness Ultrasound, we’re redefining what healthcare access looks like. Unlike hospitals and traditional clinics that focus on diagnosing existing problems, our mission is centered on prevention before issues begin—especially when it comes to women’s breast health. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to understand their health early—not only when symptoms appear or when insurance decides its “medically necessary.”
That’s why we offer preventive ultrasound screenings with no age restrictions, no insurance requirements, and no barriers to care. We are particularly passionate about breast ultrasound as a proactive tool for women who want greater awareness of their breast health—whether as an alternative for those who prefer to avoid mammograms, or as an additional layer of imaging for peace of mind, especially for those with dense breast tissue.
Our center is designed for those who want to be proactive about their health—especially women who want a gentle, radiation-free option to learn more about their breast health and gain peace of mind. With high-quality, self-pay breast ultrasound in a calm, spa-like setting, your health awareness begins on your terms!

Breast Ultrasound &
Its Benefits
‍ ‍Breast ultrasound is an excellent tool for women who are interested in holistic health and preventative breast care for several important reasons. It is a non-invasive imaging method that provides a detailed view of breast tissue, helping to identify potential areas of concern early—often before symptoms appear or changes become noticeable.
This technology allows us to see detailed differences within the tissue, such as distinguishing between solid and cystic masses, evaluating vascularity, and assessing margins and borders; important details that help guide diagnosis and follow-up care.
Ultrasound is especially helpful for women with dense breast tissue, implants, or prior breast surgery. These factors can limit what mammography shows while ultrasound offers clearer visualization in these areas. By using sound waves instead of radiation, breast ultrasound allows for gentle, repeat imaging without added exposure concerns.

All exams are reviewed by a board-certified radiologist who provides a detailed report. Reports are available within 1–3 business days.
Please note that we do not have a radiologist on site.
While our ultrasound technologist is highly skilled in conducting the scan, they cannot provide diagnostic information during your visit. Only the radiologist can diagnose.

Absolutely! Although we are not affiliated with an insurance company or hospital, your ultrasound is interpreted by a licensed board-certified radiologist, and the official report and images can be kept in your medical records just like any other imaging study.
Your provider may request the DICOM images of your exam. To release records by email, please provide your physician’s contact information at the time of service, or have your provider contact our office directly at (714) 371-8047 or by email at results@radiantviewultrasound.com.
We do not fax reports. All readings are sent by email only.

Who Our Services Support
Our ultrasound screenings are designed for women at every stage of their health journey. Whether you have health insurance but are hoping to be seen sooner and receive results quickly for peace of mind, prefer a more comfortable and holistic option than a mammogram or other imaging modalities, or are under the typical screening age but want to take a proactive step, this service may be right for you.
Ultrasound is also implant-safe and an excellent option for those with dense breast tissue. Our out-of-pocket payment model makes early detection approachable and easy.
What is breast density and why does it matter?
Dense breasts contain more glandular and fibrous tissue and less fatty tissue. This is extremely common and completely normal. On a mammogram, dense tissue appears white — and unfortunately, cancer also appears white. This can make abnormalities harder to detect using mammography alone. 30-40% of women have moderately dense breast tissue, and 10-15% of women have extremely dense breasts.
Ultrasound gives real-time cross-sectional images and can show whether a finding is solid or fluid filled, its margins, shape, and internal structure-features useful for distinguishing benign from suspicious lesions.
Adding ultrasound to mammography increases cancer detection in dense breasts because mammography sensitivity falls as density rises. Ultrasound remains clear through dense tissue, making it an excellent choice for those with density.
On the left image, the patient’s high breast density prevents the cyst from showing on the mammogram.
On the right, the cyst is clearly visualized on ultrasound as a black area because high density does not obscure the image.
